Dog Walking & Pet Sitting
Just as our complimentary consultation is not time limited in our effort to get to know as much about your pet as possible before beginning to care for him or her, the length of time of our visits to your home are dictated by the needs of you and your pet. We encourage dog owners away for a long day or vacation to have us visit more than twice a day so that your pet has adequate toileting and does not become lonely or under stimulated. Thus our rates are based on your needs and those of your pet.
The least amount of time you will find us at your home is 30 minutes. Our rates are competitive and need based. Whatever service you elect, you can be assured that water bowls will be washed and refilled, your pet fed (if so directed), played with and cuddled. We'll take in your mail, water your plants, turn on/off lights, and notify you or your emergency contact of anything unusual.
Pooper Scooper Rates start as low as:
Weekly Cleaning: one dog $10
two dogs: $15
three dogs: $20
four dogs: $24
Twice Weekly:
one dog: $15
two dogs: $19
three dogs: $24
four dogs: $28
Every Other Week:
one dog: $20
two dogs: $28
three dogs: $36
Pooper Scooper Rates are based on a 1/4 acre lot size. Rates will vary depending upon lot size and make-up.
Prepayment for Pooper Scooper Service:Clients wishing to prepay their bills 3 months in advance will receive a 5% discount.
Payments can be made by cash, check or money order. All first-time and one-time payments must be paid before service can be rendered. Bills are issued on the last cleaning day of the month. A stamped, self-addressed envelope is included for your convenience. Payments are due to us within 7 days of receipt.
For homes with four or more dogs, prices will be invidividually set.
An additional price will be charged for scooping on National Holidays.
Initial Clean-Up: An initial charge will apply to all new customers whose yards have not been recently cleaned. The charge is as follows: $45 for the first 1/2 hour and $15 per 15 minute period thereafter. $45 is the minimum charge.
One-time Clean-Up: This is the perfect solution to someone planning an outdoor party or who wishes to continue scooping on their own. The charge for this service is $55 for the first 1/2 hour and $15 per 15 minute period thereafter.
No Access: If we are unable to access your home on the agreed upon cleaning day on more than one occasion, a bill will be mailed to your home in the amount of $45.
Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of your regular cleaning day will be billed at the regular cleaning rate. Cancellation fees will only be charged if there is more than one occurrence.

Other Services
Referral Program: We offer existing customers the opportunity to participate in our referral program. You may receive one like service for every service booked by one of your referrals (does not apply to initial clean-up or one-time only service.)
Pet Taxi: Yes, we do love your pets and will gladly drive them to their appointments, or pick them up from the groomer or daycare. We will stay with them while they are at the vet or physical therapy or other appointment where a human presensce is required.

Dog Food Pick-Up & Delivery: No time to shop? We'll do it for you! We will gladly pick up and deliver your dog food to you for a nominal charge on the day/s that we are coming to visit with your pet or clean your yard.
Please Note: We are not responsible for damage to property or loss of pet (s). Other services or persons may come into your yard or your home on the same day as we do.
A service fee of 1.5% per month, 18% APR will be added to all overdue accounts. You will be liable for all legal and collection fees. A $25 late charge per month will be added to all overdue accounts.
Returned Checks: All returned checks must be repaid in cash. An additional fee will be charged to cover the cost of the returned check.
