RATE INFORMATION
•All rates are based on a 1/4 acre size lot. Rates will vary depending on lot size.
•Payment must be in form of cash or check. We hope to institute payment through PayPal in 2010.
•First time clean-up must be pre-paid or paid at the time of service.
•If you have more than three dogs prices will be negotiated per additional dog.
•Special pricing applies for pick-up on holiday and vacation times. Please call for further information.
•We offer a 10% discount for seniors and owners of service animals. This discount applies to monthly customers.
•An initial clean-up charge will apply to all new customers whose yards have not been recently cleaned. The charge will be as follows:$30 for the first 1/2 hour and $15 for each additional 15 minutes spent cleaning. $30 is the minimum charge.
•No Shows/Cancellations-A bill be mailed to your home in the amount of $40 if we are unable to access your property on our agreed upon clean-up day. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be billed at the rate of $40. We do understand that emergencies arise and therefore these actions will not be taken unless they occur more than once.
•Bills are issued on the last cleaning day of the month. Payments can be made by cash or check. Self-addressed envelopes are included with all bills. All first time clean-ups are prepaid. Payments are expected to be returned to us within 7 days.
Dog Walking
We are happy to provide dog walking and pet sitting services. A half-hour walk is $15 for 30 minutes. Additional $2 per dog. If we walk your dog more than once a week, we will discount our rate. Senior citizens receive a 10% discount. All dogs receive playtime as well as a check of water bowls. We are happy to feed your pets if directed.
OTHER SERVICES
ONE TIME CLEAN UP is a great way to prepare for an important event such as a wedding or special party. One Time Clean Ups are able to be done at the rate of $40 for the first 30 minutes and $20 for every 15 minute period thereafter. Minimum rate charged will be $40. We will visit your property if possible prior to clean up to assess your yard. Payment will be due at time of service.
GIFT CERTIFICATES make a great gift. Give the gift of a clean lawn! Available for a month of service or longer. Must be pre-paid.
REFERRAL PROGRAM
We offer existing customers the ability to participate in our referral program. Refer a friend and receive one week free clean-up service. Refer two friends receive two weeks of free clean-up. Does not apply to one time only clean up clients.
PET SITTING
We are happy to provide and pet sitting services for our clients. Overnight pet sitting is available or we will be happy to visit with and walk your dog for a specified number of times per day.
DOG FOOD PICK-UP & DELIVERY
We will gladly pick up and deliver your dog food to you for a nominal charge on the day/s that we are coming to clean your yard.
Please note: We are not responsible for damage to property or loss of pet(s). Other services or persons may come into your yard on the same day of service as ours. A service fee of 1.5% per month, 18% APR will be added to all overdue accounts. Also, you will be liable for all legal and collection fees. A $25 late charge, per month will be charged for every month outstanding. If a check is returned, repayment must be in cash with an additional $30 fee for the returned check charge.
We are a registered business in NJ and therefore 7% sales tax will be added to all prices.
