How often will I receive service?
It is completely up to you. You decide when and how often we come to clean your yard.
Do you offer one-time only clean-up?
Yes, special rates will apply.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No, your verbal consent is all we need. We ask you to sign a release prior to our first visit due to liability concerns and giving us permission to be on your property.
How will I be billed?
Monthly. Payment will be expected within 7 days of the client receiving our bill. Cash, checks, money orders will be accepted. To keep our rates reasonably priced, we will not be accepting credit cards.It is completely up to you. You decide when and how often we come to clean your yard.
Do I have to be home while my yard is being serviced?
No, but your yard will have to be accessible.
Can my dogs be in the yard while it is being cleaned?
We prefer that they be indoors as some dogs do not like strangers and it allows for quicker clean-up
Can my yard be cleaned all year round?
Yes. We work even when there is inclement weather. However, during periods of heavy rain or where there is more than one inch of snow, we will delay our service. If possible, we will clean it for you on the next dry day, otherwise it will be the following week.
What do you do with the poop?
We double bag it and dispose of it in your desired waste receptacle.
How do you go about preventing the spread of disease?
We disinfect all tools and shoes used on the job before each yard is cleaned. We disinfect with trifectant, a broad based biodegradable product.
How can I start up service?
Who should consider pet waste removal, dog walking, or pet sitting services?
Anyone that owns a pet. It frees up your time and ensures that your yard is clean and beautiful at all times.
Are there holidays that I should expect to not receive service?
No, someone will happily come to your house any day of the year.
