How often can you come?
It is completely up to you. You decide when and how often we come to walk your dog, pet sit, or clean your yard.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Pet Sitting & Dog Walking Clients: At our initial interview, clients are asked to complete a detailed intake form on each pet. At that time we will formulate an agreement. Pooper Scooper Clients: Your verbal consent is all we need to initiate service. However, we ask you to sign a release prior to our first visit due to liability concerns giving us permission to be on your property.We will have already gathered information about your property during our initial phone call.
How do I pay for services rendered?
Pet sitting and dog walking are paid in advance. Weekly clean-ups are billed monthly with the exception of the initial service if the yard has not been recently cleaned. Pooper scooper clients are expected to remit payment within 7 days of receipt of our bill. Cash, checks, money orders will be accepted. To keep our rates reasonably priced, we do not accept credit cards.
Do I have to be home while my yard is being serviced?
No, but your yard will have to be accessible.
Can my dogs be in the yard while it is cleaned?
We prefer that they be indoors as some dogs do not like to share their space or may be afraid of our tools. For those dogs that are good sharers, we always travel with a ready supply of treats.
Can my yard be cleaned all year round?
Except for snow in excess of one inch or periods of extended, heavy rain and excessively high winds, we cscoop year round. If we cannot come on your designated day, we will come on the next serviceable day; otherwise it will be cleaned the following week.
How do you dispose of the dog poop?
We double bag it in biodegradable bags and dispose of it in your desired waste receptacle. We are also happy to provide you with a receptacle so that it is kept separately from your other trash until your designated trash day. Receptacles are the property of the business and will be returned if service is discontinued.
How do you go about preventing the spread of disease?
We disinfect all tools and shoes used on the job before each yard is cleaned. We disinfect with trifectant, a broad based biodegradable product.

Who should consider pet waste removal, dog walking, or pet sitting services?
Anyone that owns a pet. Whatever service/s you choose, they all provide you with an increase in the quality of time you get to spend with your pet.
Are there holidays that I should expect to not receive service?
Pet sitting and dog walking services are offered 365 days a year.These services should be booked in advance. For Pooper Scooper clients, we have found that oftentimes clients want to enjoy these special times and may request us to come for yard clean-up on another day.

The service I received by Lois from “Nothing but the Poop” was exceptional. She was caring and very attentive to my 2 year old Cockapoo. She made me feel at ease about leaving my dog and my home. What I will remember the most, is how she went above and beyond the services that was required of her and gave constant updates. I found my home and my dog exactly how I left it, which was a real comfort. I loved the pictures she sent me while I was away and she even put pictures together in a Christmas card for the holidays of her time with my puppy!
